How to Use It

Open the Speech to Text tool and choose your language from the dropdown — English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Spanish and French are all supported.
Click "Start Listening" and allow microphone access when prompted.
Start speaking at a normal pace — your words appear in the text box as you talk.
Click "Stop" once you've finished dictating.
Edit the text if anything was misheard, then copy it with one click.

Tips for Accurate Results

Speak clearly and at a steady pace — very fast speech or heavy background noise reduces accuracy. Use short, natural pauses between sentences so the recognizer can process each phrase. This tool works best in Chrome and Edge, since they have the most complete support for the underlying Web Speech API; Safari and Firefox currently have limited support.
